Return & Exchange Policy
At Sroaid, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eye makeup purchase. If for any reason you’re not delighted with your order, we’re here to help make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: All returned or exchanged items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, resalable condition with all packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used eye makeup products.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from jonesroaidbeauty.online is required for all returns and exchanges.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 30-day window. In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for the return/exchange
- For exchanges, specify the new item(s) you would like (subject to availability).
- Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
- Package Your Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include your original receipt or a copy, and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
- If you requested an exchange and it is approved, we will ship the new item(s) to you after receiving and inspecting your returned item. Standard shipping charges may apply for the new shipment unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any associated shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Any eye makeup product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Items not in their original, resalable condition.
- Gift cards.
