1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States from our operational address at 1085 Midway Rd Lot 108, Douglasville, GA, 30134, USA.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST on a business day, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and your selected shipping method. We offer several shipping options to best suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 2-4 business days after processing.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.
  • Overnight Shipping:
    • Estimated Delivery: 1-2 business days after processing.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates are from the time your order is shipped, not from the time it is placed. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, carrier issues).


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your package directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to ensure your products arrive safely. The specific carrier for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.


6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and any additional shipping charges to re-ship the order. Refunds for such orders will be issued for the product cost only, minus the original shipping fees.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your building’s management, and your local post office. If the package is still missing, contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue, but Sroaid is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
